Quite a Weekend

I apologize, but we don't have any pictures from the weekend. None the less it's still worth talking about.
My parents took us down to St. George for the weekend. We had a good time except for one night, but I'll get to that later. We went golfing on Saturday which was a blast. I actually did fairly well. I know it surprised me too. Anyway, it was Laura's first time ever and she did really well. It did sometimes take her five or six whacks at it before she made contact, but once she did she got a hold of it. We had a blast and I am thankful she liked it. We can now go together and she might be a little more forgiving now that I want to go all the time. I'm afraid my dad didn't do quite so well. His golfing was fine, but he was sick. Let's just say a little bit of Craig Clyde is all over the back nine of the Sky Mountain golf course. He got pretty sick and threw up his fair share of times.
Well that night we saw Les Mis at Tuachaun. That may be spelled wrong, but I don't care. It was pretty amazing, but I've got to be honest I've now seen that play three times and I think I'm set for life. Again I enjoyed it, but I may have enjoyed it for the last time.
On to the highlight of the weekend. We got there on Friday night and I felt fine on the drive down, but after we got there I started feeling a pain in my back and stomach. Well, turns out I had a kidney stone. If someone would have sat me down and hit me in the face with a baseball bat and then made me watch Pauly Shore movie marathon I would have felt better. Sorry about the obscure Pauly Shore reference, I really did like "Son-in-Law". For the next four hours I paced back and forth in the room because that's the only thing that took my mind off of it. I tried to tip toe so I wouldn't wake Laura. Bless her heart she stayed up with me until about 3:30, but was gone after that, and I don't blame her. Luckily I felt better by that morning so i could go golfing, but it was terrible. Worst thing I've gone through, and I was roommates with Dickson... That was a joke, I love you Jeff. You are a pain to share a room with sometimes though and you know that.
Well I'm going to take off for now, but thought I'd give you the update. I hope I have appeased Ang by finally posting again and Scotty needs to get off my back about posting something new because we're all pretty sick of California Dreamin'.
